I need not have worried: The customer service that I received from Rebecca and the team was excellent. Rebecca went to great lengths to make sure that everything was taken care of with great attention to detail and I really felt like a valued customer.
The way that Rebecca dealt with my queries and concerns and dealt with my requests provided me with a great deal of confidence in the purchase.

I was honestly blown away on how approachable and helpful team Phipps were to us. My son was looking for a car, no pressure, easy access to look inside the cars and when it came to a test drive no worries, off you go. The car itself was in great condition and we bought it. The day of collection, the car, Renault Megane, was under wraps, my son tore off the cover and it was a memorable way to pick up his new car. I purchased my Mercedes from Rebecca and Gary on the 13/02/2023 I got in touch with Rebecca last week and said I would be down at the weekend to see the Mercedes I came down on the Sunday morning as we stayed overnight in a hotel and we're going to call at the garage Monday morning to see the car so I sent Rebecca a message saying we were here and immediately she said the would open the garage for a viewing on her day of wich I took her up on her offer of the viewing and bought the right there then beautiful car and it was as described down to the last detail on there website what a great couple Rebecca and Gary are were very professional and certainly very accommodating what good experience buying our Mercedes would gladly recommend them to anyone who are interested buying from this great couple 👍

What an extremely positive and refreshing experience dealing with Staverton Garage. It tool me back to the days before car buying was mainly taken over by large car supermarkets or flashy dealerships generally only interested in your money. I drove over an hour to view my vehicle and was pleasantly surprised to arrive at a proper old school style garage in a village surrounding. I was met by Rebecca, Gary & Marley the resident cocker spaniel and given a warm welcome. At no stage was there any pressure and I was left to view the car in peace and then given answers to any questions I had. Even though I had not booked a test drive in advance, I\'d taken my licence and some ID with me in case. I was allowed to take the car for a drive and was more than happy with the ride. I had mentioned that there were issues on previous MOT\'s and that the current MOT had expired. Rebecca assured me that the car would be serviced and put through a new MOT before collection. The vehicle failed with 2 x CV boots and a faulty indicator. There were advisories on the front tyres. I called to enquire about this as I\'d checked the MOT results online and was told that the parts had already been ordered to fix the issues. Two days later the repairs had been done and ther MOT successful. Even better was that the garage had fitted two brand new tyres on the front to address the advisories issue. I arranged to collect the car the next day and due to unforseen circumstances and a terrible journey was a couple of hours late. Rebecca and Gary were very understanding and moved things around to accommodate the collection. I was pretty stressed by the time I arrived but was soon put at ease and after a loveley unveiling of the car all the paperwork was completed really quickly. The car also came with 12 months RAC warranty which was a real reassurance. It really is such a nice change to have such a good experience buying a car and Rebecca and Gary have restored my faith in customer service. They went above and beyond in keeping me informed throughout the process and at no point did I feel any pressure to buy. Old school service that is rare to find these days. I would highly recommend using Staverton garage for anyone looking to purchase a car. Thank you Rebecca and Gary for all your help.

Then gave ma a can of Coke 😀.So I ended up doing a deal. On collection of my new car I was greeted by the family, offered a drink and taken to the showroom. The little car was hidden under a drape with a presentation certificate on a plinth next to it. A real nice touch 👍👍 after the unveiling the car was checked. There are not enough words to describe the first class customer service that I received from the moment I walked on to the forecourt to test drive the prefect car. never have i felt so confident in buying a used car before and Gary, Becky and Rob could not have looked after me any better. As I had turned up early to pick up my car they even placed me at the their local pub on their tab so I could enjoy lunch away from the garage whilst they spent two hours superguarding my car, well worth it by the way. Found even better car that had not considered but fits our new growing family perfectly.. three door car to Suzuki 5door with boot space for pram (new baby). What can I say, the service from these guys is second to none. My car died on the Monday and I was to meet Chris halfway to view the car. I told him I was unable to come so he drove all the way to my house arriving at almost 9pm in the evening to deliver it to me. They even took my old one away for me! I am so impressed not only with the car but the service and correspondence. Everything was made easy and smooth working with Chris and the team. So shades on, Music on and off we go - thanks guys!!! Amazing Service. Visited late on Sunday and still managed to test drive then buy a car before close. The owner went out of his way to get the car valeted whilst the paperwork was being done. Also Im not normally a warranty man but the deal he gave me was amazing. I found them honest and good humoured. We will be more than happy to use them when we look for our next car.

OK then, after purchasing a used Audi A4 from these chaps, I was very impressed of the professional way they done business, not only was my mind put at ease with the layout of the location, and a very nice pub across the road, which I may say they do a nice pint, but the package given to me with an RAC full check and a one year breakdown cover, with optional years warranty, which I would recommend people to take out for piece of mind, that did not break the bank. After returning home I noticed a strange noise coming from the under side of the car and a problem with the rear door handle from the inside,so I gave them a ring to inform them of the problems and the response was first class, they were so apologetic and humbled, but genuinely upset that I had experienced these problems. So to cut a long story short, they dropped off a nice little soft top for me to have a play with, while picking up my Audi to cart off to get fixed, then bringing it back to my house, bearing in mind I live about 30 miles away. So I must congratulate the chaps at this garage and if I could give 7 Stars I would, due to the fact that it is the way they handled with the problems and they dealt with them superbly, so well done guys and I wish you all the best with your new business, because if everybody gets the same customer service I did it's, going to be a success. I will be returning with my wife to get her a new motor in the near future, and will also recommend them to my family and friends. Good luck and keep up the good work.

Today I took delivery of my 2010 VW Passat estate from Staverton garage. Not having any way of getting over to view the vehicle, Gary brought thè vehicle to my home in Woodford Halse. We had a test drive and I agreed to buy the vehicle. From our first meeting I found Gary to be friendly, informative and very proffessional. Today, Gary brought the car over to me, to complete the paperwork and finalise the deal. Once all the 'paperwork' was complete, I was given a full walk around and all the cars features were explained in detail, any questions I had were answered fully. On the return journey to Staverton, it was like I had known Gary for years. On arriving back I met Rob and was asked if I'd like a coffee. During the whole buying process there wasn't an ounce of pressure to buy and both Gary and Rob were friendly and proffessional. I would have no issues with buying another vehicle from them and can 100% recommend them to anyone, looking to buy a quality, value for money, second hand vehicle.Thanks guys will pop in for a coffee next time I'm passing.
